To add a new form, click .

 

To complete a form,

1. Move mouse pointer over the form in the table to which you want to complete.

2. Click . The form displays with editable fields to complete.

 

To sort by a column, click the column header. If the column allows sorting, an arrow will appear next to the column header indicating that sorting is allowed.

When the user selects an ascending sort, the arrow next to the header name displays an upward pointer.

When the user selects a descending sort, the arrow next to the header name displays a downward pointer.

 

To export the data displayed on the screen,

1. Select table rows to export by clicking the checkboxes at the beginning of each row. At least one row must be clicked for the Export button to enable.
