Inventory Detail Page

The Inventory Detail page displays the average and maximum days a pack spends in the In-Transit, Received and Active statuses at the top of the screen. For each of these metrics, the value displays in green, gray, or red depending on a configurable threshold that defines low, normal, and high value ranges.

Below these metrics is a table containing detailed pack information for packs that meet the specified filter criteria. In addition to the standard filter options, this screen includes a date range filter to search by status date.

Each row displays the following information for the location's packs in inventory:

What You Can Do

To display inventory detail by retailer locations,

1. Select a corporate account from the Select a Corp drop-down menu.

2. Select a retailer associated from the Search for a Location drop-down menu.

3. Use the Date Range fields to filter the data displayed on the screen.

To display corporate inventory detail,

1. Select a corporate account from the Select a Corp drop-down menu.

2. Use the Date Range fields to filter the data displayed on the screen.

At the top of the dashboard screen is a date range select option that filters the applicable widgets below with the appropriate start and end dates. The following date range options are available:

Last Week
Last 13 Weeks (default)
This Quarter
Prior Quarter
Fiscal YTD
Calendar YTD
Last 52 Weeks
Custom (user provides start & end dates)

To sort by a column, click the column header. If the column allows sorting, an arrow will appear next to the column header indicating that sorting is allowed.

When the user selects an ascending sort, the arrow next to the header name displays an upward pointer.

When the user selects a descending sort, the arrow next to the header name displays a downward pointer.

To export the data displayed on the screen,

Select table rows to export by clicking the checkboxes at the beginning of each row. At least one row must be clicked for the Export button to enable.
Click . The following pop-up window displays:

Select the format in which you want the data to be exported.

To display the Pack History pop-up, click the magnifying glass icon next to the pack number. The Pack History pop-up window displays.

The Pack History pop-up shows the status changes that have occurred for the specified pack.
