Settled Packs

To display settled packs by retailer locations,

1. Select a corporate account from the Select a Corp drop-down menu.

2. Select a retailer associated from the Search for a Location drop-down menu.

3. Use the Date Range fields to filter the data displayed on the screen.

 

To display corporate settled packs,

1. Select a corporate account from the Select a Corp drop-down menu.

2. Use the Date Range fields to filter the data displayed on the screen.

 

At the top of the dashboard screen is a date range select option that filters the applicable widgets below with the appropriate start and end dates. The following date range options are available:

 

To sort by a column, click the column header. If the column allows sorting, an arrow will appear next to the column header indicating that sorting is allowed.

When the user selects an ascending sort, the arrow next to the header name displays an upward pointer.

When the user selects a descending sort, the arrow next to the header name displays a downward pointer.

 

To export the data displayed on the screen,

1. Select table rows to export by clicking the checkboxes at the beginning of each row. At least one row must be clicked for the Export button to enable.

2. Click . The following pop-up window displays:

3. Select the format in which you want the data to be exported.

 

To display the Settled Packs for Week Ending pop-up, click the magnifying glass icon next to the Week Ending date of a row with non zero values. You are presented with two options:

• • Chart -Displays a chart showing total pack value for each price point of the settled packs for that week.

• Table - Displays a detailed table showing each individual pack that settled on the given date. The table will include the following columns and have ability to export to chosen format (CSV, XLSX, PDF, XML):

• • Settle Date

  • Game Number

  • Game Name

  • Pack Number

  • Price Point

  • Pack Value

  • Commission

  • Settlement Reason
