The Dashboard page is displayed after logging in to gemRetailer. The screen displays various widgets that can be configured. The data in the widgets can be viewed in a graphical and/or tabular format. The purpose for this page is to provide a customizable summary of your data. You can navigate from the Dashboard page to the other pages within gemRetailer, as authorized by your user ID.
The Lottery logo is a link to the Pennsylvania Lottery website.
Dashboard information is displayed based on the user's type (corporate, location, or lottery). Corporate account users must select a retailer location to see information by individual location. Pennsylvania Lottery users can see corporate or location information by selecting the corporation and/or location.
At the top of the screen is a date range select option that filters the applicable widgets and tables below with the appropriate start and end dates. The following date range options are available:
Last Week
Last 13 Weeks (default)
This Quarter
Prior Quarter
Fiscal YTD
Calendar YTD
Last 52 Weeks
Custom (user provides start & end dates)
Numerous widgets are available. You can select and configure the widgets however you like. The list of available widgets and the data that they represent are determined by the user’s role and granted access. See Widgets for more detail.
