The Add Scheduled Report page allows you to set a report to automatically run on a schedule.
Schedule a report

From the Scheduled Report page, click to display the Add Scheduled Reports page.

Enter data in the following fields as needed to schedule your report.
Report
Select the report name.
Select a Format
Select the format of the report: PDF, XLS, DOC, CSV, XML, or HTM.
Name
Enter a name for the scheduled report.
Select a Frequency
Select time period the report will run: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly.
If you select Daily, the report runs every morning, Monday through Sunday.
If you select Weekly, you can select a Day of the Week. The default value of Sun runs the report for the previous accounting week.
If you select Monthly, the report will run on the first of the month for the previous month.
If you select Quarterly, the report will run on the first of January, April, July, and October for the previous quarter.
Target Type
Select the option to define the level of report: Location or Corp.
Corp
Select the corporate account.
Location
Enter or select the retailer location.
E-mail?
If you want the report sent to an e-mail address, select the E-mail? button and enter the e-mail address.
Enable SFTP?
If you want to enable SFTP, select the Enable SFTP? button and select a SFTP server from the drop-down list.
