Sales Menu

All tabular data on the Sales pages will be exportable in the following formats: CSV, XLS, XML, and PDF. All pages will contain a global filter component to filter the data by date range, corporate account, and/or retailer. Filter options will be based on the current user’s access. All columns of tabular data, unless otherwise noted, will be sortable

Activating the Sales Menu

Retailer Location Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in. Sales pages display information for the retailer location associated with your user ID.

Corporate Account Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in.

  • If you do not select or enter a retailer location in the Search for a Location field, Sales pages display rolled-up information for all corporate locations, as authorized by the user ID. To display totals for a single retailer location, select or enter a location in the Search for a Location field.

  • If you select or enter a retailer location in the Search for a Location field, Sales pages display information for the selected location.

Pennsylvania Lottery Users

The Sales menu pages will only display information after you select a corporate account or retailer location in the Select a Corp and Search for a Location fields.

  • If you select a corporate account but do not select a location, Sales pages display information for the entire corporate.

  • If you select a corporate account and a location, Sales pages display information for the selected location.

  • If you enter a location that is not associated with a corporate account, Sales pages display information for the selected location.

To display information for a different corporate account or retailer location:

1. Click (Clear Selection button) next to the Select a Corp and Search for a Location fields to clear both the corporate account and location selections.

2. Select the corporate account and optionally select a location within the corporate account.
